A bit about me
For 10+ years I've built the systems that keep creative teams running, in agencies, in-house studios, and a couple of my own ventures. I've set up intake and delivery that actually holds, built capacity models for teams from a handful of people to 50+, and put AI on the busywork so people get their hours back. The OKR and L&D work came along the way.
